Join Discover Albany for a complimentary educational workshop luncheon presented by Discover Albany, Central Ave BID, and the Better Business Bureau. Attendees will have lunch, get a brief overview of the Better Business Bureau, attend one or two workshop sessions (Reputation Management and Social Media) and have a chance to network and tour the newly opened STEAM Garden space.

WORKSHOPS:

Reputation Management: When someone looks for your business online, what do they see? Negative reviews, old social media posts, an outdated website? We will walk everyone through how to manage their online reputation with some easy to adopt tips.

Social Media: Does your business have a Facebook page? Or a LinkedIn, Instagram or Twitter account? Are you using these amazing tools to their fullest potential? We'll help walk you through all types of social media.
