The last two years have seen professional and personal demands put on us like never before. From changes in our work environment to new safety protocols, everyone in our community has experienced change. Enjoy a day of self-care to reflect, connect, and refocus on your health during the Guilderland YMCA's Mind, Body, Spirit. This half-day event will feature outdoor wellness classes (including yoga, tai chi, and Pilates), mindful meditation, and the opportunity to connect with members of your community. Enjoy a mild Yin path or challenge yourself through our Yang path. Recharge your mind, body, and spirit. Includes lunch, a bag, and refreshments.
