Join us as Greg Lindberg from the U.S. Small Business Administration discusses managing multiple generations in the workplace. Multiple generations of workers are currently in the workplace and they all have different working styles. In this program, participants will learn and understand the differences in generations and how managers and business owners can leverage these differences for increased effectiveness.
