Join us for a patient and family support group and let's chat! We will discuss important aspects of kidney health, wellness and disease. With the main focus of this meeting being: Transplantation! Do you want to connect with other people with chronic kidney disease and their family members? Whether you have a husband, wife, child or other family member with CKD, or if YOU have CKD, then this group is for you! Come share your experiences, ask questions, provide tips or just CHAT with people that traveling the same road as you. Each meeting consists of open discussion, Foundation updates and an educational topic. Sharing encouraged, but not required!
