Description

The Guilderland Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the U.S. Census Bureau for an Application Event to help fill job openings for the upcoming Decennial Census this Spring and Summer. The event will take place on Saturday, March 14th at the Guilderland Public Library from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM during the Better Book Sale.
 
The Census Bureau needs to fill millions of positions Nationwide, including right here in Guilderland and the surrounding Capital Region. The Bureau will have Recruiting Assistants on site to answer questions and help people with the application process. The positions available include, Office Clerks, Enumerators (Census takers) and Field Supervisors. The Census Bureau is offering a Generous Pay rate and a flexible schedule, especially for Enumerators.
