Brachfit was founded by owner and coach Suzanne with the mission of creating a welcoming, supportive training space where people of all fitness levels, especially beginners and women, feel safe, confident, and empowered to build strength and create longevity. Located in a private, community-focused gym, Brachfit Personal Training provides personalized coaching through hands-on instruction, movement education, and individualized form corrections so every client can train with confidence. Inspired by 11 years of competitive gymnastics, I developed a passion for health, strength, and physical capability that led me to pursue a career in fitness and help others experience the lifelong benefits of strength training. Recognizing the lack of female representation in traditional strength training environments, I opened Brachfit to bridge that gap and create an inclusive space where women feel seen and supported. As I continue expanding my expertise through pre- and postnatal coaching certification, my mission is to empower women through every stage of life, from building confidence in the gym to maintaining strength during pregnancy and recovering postpartum, while helping every client become healthier, stronger, and more capable.
