DESCRIPTION:Small Business Saturday Vendor Event for Home-Based Businesses\n\n A special Vendor opportunity for small business owners who do not have a "Brick & Mortar" location. We are partnering with the Guilderland Public Library to provide space for home-based businesses to take advantage of Small Business Saturday. Whether you have something to sell to post-Thanksgiving shoppers\, or something to promote\, this is a perfect opportunity to get the word out about your products!\n\nThere is limited space so please register soon!\n\nPlease read the information below:\n\nApplication Process:\n\nPlease provide the documentation requested by Friday\, November 2nd:\n\n Signed Application/contract\n Payment ($25. Per table)\n Copy of Certificate of Liability (or waiver)\n\n \n\nApplications should be sent to:\n\n Guilderland Chamber of Commerce\n\n 2050 Western Ave\, Suite 201\n\n Guilderland\, NY 12084\n\n\n Vendors will be selected and vendor spaces assigned by GPL and GCC staff who reserve the right to accept or reject any application. If an application is rejected\, payment will be returned.\n Your space is not confirmed until we receive your contract and payment and you have heard back from us with confirmation via email.\n\nSet Up:\n\n\n Vendors can set up between 8 AM -9:30 AM on Saturday\, November 24th. No late exhibitors will be allowed.\n Exhibitors must check in upon arrival to obtain space assignment and instructions.\n Vendors are responsible for hauling their supplies\, products and display materials to and from the event.\n\nDuring the Event:\n\n\n Exhibitors agree to confine all display and selling activity within the assigned display table\, refraining from placing signs\, goods or other materials within or over public aisle space and vendor space.\n Vendor tables must remain set up and staffed during the entire event\, no early tear-downs.\n Vendor fully understands and agrees that the library does not assume the care\, custody or control of any personal property brought upon library property.\n Vendor shall be responsible for any damage done to library property beyond normal wear\, and shall fully and promptly reimburse the library for all costs and expenses incurred by the library in repairing and/or remedying said damage.\n Vendor shall comply fully and shall cause its employees\, agents\, volunteers and invitees to comply will all applicable federal\, state\, county and local laws\, rules and regulations.\n All exhibits\, displays and goods must be removed and booth space cleaned by 4:30 PM.\n\nParking:\n\n\n Vendors must move their vehicles to the designated vendor parking area immediately after unloading.\n\nDetails:\n\n\n The public is admitted free of charge the library is handicap accessible Wi-Fi access is available.\n Change (cash) is NOT provided or available.\n No smoking/alcohol/drugs/firearms will be allowed in the building. \n Pets are prohibited except for trained service animals.\n There are vending machines available in the building for snacks and beverages.\n The GPL/GCC makes no guarantee of attendance or sales at the event\, please feel free to help spread the word to increase attendance and potential sales!\n\nCancellations:\n\n\n There will be no refunds to exhibitors cancelling after November 16\, 2018.\n Vendor is solely responsible for all sales and monetary transactions.\n Collection\, reporting and payment of NYS sales tax is solely the responsibility of the vendor. The GPL & GCC staff accept no responsibility for sales tax collection.\n\nInclement Weather:\n\n\n The GPL/GCC reserves the right to cancel the event in the event of inclement weather.
