We offer a variety of services including:\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n Music Therapy individual and group sessions\n Self-Directed Music Classes\n Lessons for individuals of all abilities (voice\, guitar\, piano\, ukulele etc.)\n Parent and Child Music Classes\n Specialized Yoga\n Parent and Child Yoga Classes\n Meditation and Mindfulness Classes for children and adults\n Reiki Services from a trained Reiki Master (30 and 60 minute sessions)\n Interdisciplinary sessions (Board Certified Music Therapist\, Speech Language Pathologist\, Mindfulness Specialist\, Reiki Master)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are also excited to announce that Expressive Journeys and Small Steps Therapy are joining forces to serve the community in a new and progressive format. For the first time\, music therapy and speech language pathology will be available in the same clinic. A variety of therapy sessions are available including: group and individual sessions with either discipline or sessions with the ability to co-treat with both Board Certified Music Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSmall Steps Therapy specializes in treating a variety of diagnoses and services include:\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n Speech\, Language and Feeding/Dysphagia Evaluations and Treatment\n Dysphagia Therapy including diet progression\, weaning from a tube feeding\, "picky eating"\, oral motor therapy (Beckman Oral Motor Certified\, Orofacial Myology)\, SOS Approach to feeding therapy and pre/post frenectomy treatment (tongue tie)\n Group Therapy (preschool play/music groups\, autism groups\, apraxia playgroups\, etc)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAdditionally\, our newly renovated space is a great place to host your next event.
