This program assists local families in the Guilderland Central School District by giving gifts to children\, such as warm clothing and toys. Families are referred by each school nurse or social worker\, who provide us with a wish list of items needed by each child. We make an "Angel Card" for each gift and ask our community members and businesses to purchase the gifts. \n\n\n\nTo "Adopt" a family/child please click here to complete the form. \n\n\n\nTo make a monetary donation\, please click "Register Now" this will allow you to make a donation with a credit card. Donations made are used to purchase gifts and supplies for the Holiday Angels Program. \n\n\n\nWe also accept gift cards to local stores! You can drop off or mail them to the Chamber offices at:\n\n2050 Western Ave.\, Suite 201\n\nGuilderland\, NY 12084\n\n\n\nDetails about "adopting" a Family/Child:\n\n \n\n\n Each child is asked to complete a wish list of items: Two (2) Clothing items and Two (2) toy/gift ideas. \n By adopting a child\, you are agreeing to donate three (3) items per child. \n All items must be returned wrapped\, with the Angel Tag on the gift. \n All items are due to the Chamber offices no later than Dec. 4\, 2020 by 6pm. \n If you want to donate but cannot adopt a child\, there will be single gifts available for donation.
